Not my usual content but I wanted to share. I used to get dehydrated frequently which led to debilitating migraines. ⁣ ⁣ I drank a decent amount of water in a day but that wasn’t cutting it. I learned I also needed electrolytes. ⁣ ⁣ π—˜π—Ήπ—²π—°π˜?
